Reset 2FA

Disabling multi factor authentication on your TRMNL account.

To remove the 2FA requirement from your account:

  1. Log into the email inbox that your TRMNL account belongs to

  2. Email [email protected] with subject line "Reset 2FA"

  3. This will create a ticket in our live chat tool, which is managed by several team members and checked frequently

  4. We will disable 2FA and send you a confirmation message
